The Library & Information Center provides students and staff access to a wide range of materials: books, VHS tapes, DVD's, audiobooks, music CD's, and Online Databases all provide members of the Souhegan educational community with broad access to information and ideas.

Production equipment and facilities support communication and production of presentations. From 35mm and video-still cameras to digital videotape camcorders and editing equipment, the Library’s Audiovisual Department provides diverse opportunities for students and staff.

All members of the Souhegan High School community are eligible to use library facilities and borrow resources. Almost all materials may be checked out, including audiovisual equipment. The borrower assumes full responsibility (i.e. cost of repairs or replacement) for proper care and treatment of any resources borrowed.

Borrowing Policies *

General collection: materials may be checked out for three weeks.
Reference: materials may be checked out overnight with special permission.
Audiovisual equipment: may be checked out overnight.

*Overdue items will be assessed late fees. Borrowing privileges will be suspended until all overdue items are returned.

Please note: Borrowers will be charged for any materials that are lost or returned damaged. In the case of audiovisual equipment, the borrower also assumes responsibility for all accessories that accompany the equipment. Registration for classes may be suspended pending payment of any incurred fees. Please talk to a library staff member if you have questions or concerns.
