Students
should be reading at home everyday for at least 10 minutes.
Guided Reading: Students are instructed in small guided reading groups at their instructional level.

Vocabulary: afternoon, blame, idea, important, sign maker, townspeople
Skill: realism, fantasy
Phonics: compound words
Writing: gathering ideas, adding details, descriptive writing, revision process, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns

MATH
Students should
memorize the addition and subtraction facts through 20.
Daily home practice is most
beneficial.
