These forms must be printed and signed for all athletes:
Sports Physical form can be obtained from your doctor.
All school sports cost $50 to participate.
All students must have an up-to-date physical and a signed Athletic Contract & Emergency Form (see above) in order to tryout for sports. (Physicals are good for one year from the date of the physical.)

Tryout Schedules for Fall Sports will be posted here later in the summer.
Most tryouts will be held in late August.
